After you
have reviewed the FAQ click on the button below to
proceed to the third and final step.
Is
online training hard to do?
Not at all. The classes are basically broadcast to
you. The courseware has been designed with you in
mind. The console is quite intuitive and if you
are familiar with the controls on a VCR you should
do just fine.
How
does this training differ form the MedAire
instructor led training?
MedAire's E-Learning program was developed using
the same "top-notch" instructors our
customers' have come to expect. The curriculum has
been designed to highest degree of standards and
our Subject Matter Experts have ensured that
nothing gets lost in the translation.
Where
do I take these classes?
You can take a class anywhere you have Internet
access. Our clients have taken these courses at
work, at home or while on the road.
When
do I take these classes?
Given that the courses are self-paced you can take
them anytime you want. Additionally, our
courseware was designed using the incremental
learning approach which means that each module is
15-20 minutes in duration. Feel free to exit the
curriculum at any time and when you return our
system will bring you right back to the point in
the lesson you left off on.
What
is the LMS?
The Learning Management System is a database that
keeps track of your learning activities. It
provides the students and administrators the
ability to monitor course progress, provide
assessment results, and run and print reports.

What
do I do if my computer freezes or I get
disconnected?
Some times computers "freeze up". If you
experience this, simply restart your computer and
log back in to the courseware. The system will
bring you right back to where you left off. If you
get disconnected from the Internet, simply log
back on and reconnect to the courseware. Often
times using non-approved browsers such as Netscape
or AOL will cause these problems.
What
do I do if the system doesn't record my progress?
If for some reason the system does not show your
course status as complete, simply log back in to
the courseware and make sure that you have
properly exited all of the modules. In order to
get completion credit for a module you must have
made it to the "congratulations" page
and exited the console by pressing either the red
"X" in the lower left hand corner of the
console, or the flashing forward arrow on the
bottom right of the console.
How
do I know I passed the exam?
Currently the exam is configured to provide you
with the positive feedback to ensure that you have
all of the correct answers. There is no minimum
score, instead all we require is that you complete
the assement module.
